ACTV introduced a cable television service, and broadcasting travel guide of the season for city hotels which is located in Keihanshin areas at Nakanoshima, Osaka in October,1973. We provide with the program "Kansai Information Channel(KICS)" which introduces information of the Kansai areas in 4 languages (Japanese,English, Chinese,Korean), it's popular with Japanese and foreign tourists and business people staying at the 32 hotels in Keihanshin areas at present. Also, we have cooperate with autonomy and NTT West Corp. to eliminate areas with poor reception from terrestrial digital television broadcasting since July 2011.
We started to resend the terrestrial broadcasting in Kinokawa-city( in partial) Wakayama since April 2008 in shirahama-cho(in partial) since April 2009, Kyotango-city Kyoto in December 2009. Our purpose is to connect countries and cities, to contribute to the audience, to be a popular cable broadcasting.
